About Us

Harvest Chapel Mission (HCM) is a 501c-3 Christian non profit (EIN 200632006) that has been sending small farm equipment to help missions around the world since 2004. HCM is raising funds to send a "Sustaining Farm Equipment Tool Kit" to help 3 missions in Africa. Transformation World in Christ -  20,000 refugees in Twic County Warrap State South SudanThe Presbyterian Church of Ethiopia - Addis Ababa  Ethiopia - 205 churches 120,000 members  Sister's of the Good Shepherd - Programme Bon Pasteur Kolwezi DRC - 15000 students/parents.  Safe well water is needed. Land is available for farming. Our Standard Farm Tool Kit - 40,250 USD includes 2 - 4x4 Diesel UTV Farm/EMS vehicles. 5 - Walking tractors with equipment. 2 - Well drilling rigs. 1 - Grain Grinder. The 4x4 UTV Farm/EMS vehicles can provide emergency life saving transport - especially for mothers and children with emergencies. They can also perform farm transport and supply functions. The walking tractors can easily be operated by women and multiplies their hand labor 20 to 60 fold. The well drilling rigs can help drill clean water wells at less than 1/3 the current cost. The grain grinder eliminates the drudgery of making flour and corn meal with a wooden mortar and pestle. Our 4x4 vehicles are equipped with a WiFi system for instructors or anyone with a cell phone to down load audio Bibles in their local language, medical emergency and first aid information, operation/maintenance manuals and videos on the farm equipment, and how to manuals on best farming practices. Communities in rural Africa are still cultivating by hand, with their main tool being a hoe. This ancient tool has tilled African soils for centuries, but requires intense labor and extensive time. We are seeking more efficient alternatives. We have developed a model and a standard tool kit that helps promote sustainable food production and allows sharing resources with neighboring communities - helping to build peace and prosperity.

Blessings!

From St. Francis of Assisi

Lord, make me an instrument of Your
peace,
Where there is hatred, let me sow love,
Where there is injury, pardon,
Where there is doubt, faith,
Where there is despair, hope,
Where there is darkness, light,
And where there is sadness, joy.
O’ Divine Master, grant that I may
Not so much seek to be consoled,
as to console;
To be understood, as to understand;
To be loved, as to love;
For it is in giving that we receive.
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
And it is in dying that we are born to
eternal life
